“Kiss Me/Kiss Me Not Crackers” are one of my family's most beloved gifted holiday treats. They always snack on them first! Whether we make them with pretzels, oyster crackers, regular saltines or cheese crackers I like I have today, it’s hard to put them down once you start! Gifting them in these beautiful Ball® Flute Jars & Wooden Lids from the makers of Ball® home canning products just really ups the wow factor!

Now, I know you are wondering why I call them Kiss Me/ Kiss Me Not Crackers? Simple, Mr. Herbs LOVES garlic and these bad boys are full of it! Now, if your significant other doesn’t love garlic they would certainly be “Kiss Me Nots”.

Ingredients-

2 - 12.4 oz boxes of cheese crackers - or a comparable amount of pretzels, oyster crackers, saltines, etc.

2 packets of ranch dressing seasoning mix

5 tsp dried dill

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Adobo seasoning (optional)

1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

1 cup of your favorite oil - I used vegetable

Method-

Preheat oven to 325°. In a mixing bowl combine the dressing mix with all the spices. Next pour the oil into the spice mixture. Stir well to make sure all lumps are gone.

Empty both packages of cheese crackers In a separate large mixing bowl. Pour oil and spice mixture over the crackers and toss to coat each cracker evenly. Pour the crackers onto a lined sheet pan. I used two half-sheet pans. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir crackers. Continue to bake crackers for an additional 10 minutes or until they are no longer wet and appear slightly browned. Enjoy!
